These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications published by Fizztap Games ("we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to Block Fizz. By downloading or using our games, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Games

Our games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our games. You may not use our games for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store settings.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency before purchase.

3. Advertisements

Our free games display advertisements. By using our games, you agree to the display of ads. Some ads may be personalized based on your interests, subject to your device's advertising preferences.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in our games, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, text, and game mechanics, is owned by Fizztap Games or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, modified versions of the app, or any unauthorized third-party tools, including to submit scores to the leaderboards
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of our games
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Fizztap Games

Nicknames and leaderboards

Block Fizz lets you choose a nickname that is shown to other players on the leaderboards, in weekly leagues, and in the Hall of Fame. Your nickname must not:

• Contain offensive, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate language
• Impersonate another person, Fizztap Games, or a moderator or official
• Include your own or anyone else's personal information (such as a real full name, phone number, or email address)
• Contain advertising, links, or spam

Nicknames are checked automatically and may be reviewed by us. We may reset a nickname to a randomly generated one, remove leaderboard entries, or exclude a player from the leaderboards at any time and without notice if we believe these rules have been broken or a score is not genuine. Leaderboard placings, league tiers, trophies, and Hall of Fame entries have no monetary value and may be adjusted or removed if they result from cheating or a technical error.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fizztap Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of our games.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our games at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our games after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
